Information on this page is meant to help teachers use the materials and resources of the Addison Public Library.

Assignments - Please let us know of assignments. 

• For grades K-5, you may call 458-3338, come into the Children's Library, fax a copy to 543-7276, or complete and e-mail an Assignment Alert form.  The assignment will then appear on the Homework page of our web site.
• For grades 6-12, you may call 458-3319, visit the Teen Desk, fax a copy to 543-7275, or complete and e-mail an Assignment Alert form.

Group Visits - One weeks advance notice is required for visits.

• To arrange for a group visit for presschool-grade 5, please phone 458-3338, come into the Children's Library, or complete and e-mail a Group Visit form. You will be contacted to confirm your request.
• To arrange for a group visit for grades 6-12, please phone 458-3319, visit the Teen Desk, or complete and e-mail a Group Visit form.  You will be contacted to confirm your request.  

Parent/Teacher Resource Room - The Children's Library contains a Parent/Teacher Resource Room with Ellison/AccuCut dies, a small laminator, and a trimmer.  Bring your own supplies, check in with the Ask Here Desk and get creative!
