Low cost or free legal aid in areas such as stalking, divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, probate, or orders of protection. All applicants must complete a telephone or in-person screening to confirm eligibility guidelines.

Affordable legal services provided by independent lawyers in a variety of areas such as family law, landlord/tenant, estate law, consumer law, employment law, criminal misdemeanors and traffic tickets, and real property law. Small business help available for business formation, contracts and intellectual property issues. Limited immigration assistance.

Free legal services for low-income persons and those age 60 and over on a variety of topics such as  loss of veteran’s benefits or SNAP (food stamps), domestic violence, evictions, and foreclosures; loss or denial of subsidized housing benefits, utility services, medical or nursing home care.
