Donate to the Addison Public Library
The Addison Public Library Book Dedication program allows individuals or groups to pay tribute to a person or event by placing a bookplate in a book that is already a part of the collection of the Addison Public Library.
- For a donation of $15 for a children’s book, or $20 for a teen or adult book, the Library will purchase a book to be added to the collection.
- Library staff will work with the donor to select the item, and a book plate will be placed in the book.
- The library retains ownership of the item which will be circulated and withdrawn, when necessary, under the same guidelines as other items in the library’s collection.
- Want to dedicate a book? Fill out the Book Dedication form.
