Six things to know about SWAN

PINs have been reset — On Tues., Nov. 14, all PINs have been reset to the last 4 digits of the phone number that we have in your account. (Once logged in, you can change your PIN to whatever you’d like!)

Make sure you know your PIN — Easily access your online account with your PIN, and quickly use our self-checkout machines at the library (which now require your PIN).

Bookmark our catalog — Visit add.swanlibraries.net to start browsing our new online catalog, called Aspen.

Start requesting items — You can begin placing holds on items from any of the other 100 SWAN libraries through our online catalog!

Want a different pickup location? Your items can be picked up here at the library, or you may select any other SWAN library.

Access downloads — Browse digital materials like eBooks and eAudiobooks directly in our online catalog.
