In the spirit of this year’s National Library Week theme, Drawn to the Library, we’re inviting you to design a new bookmark for us! We’re looking for drawings, paintings, and digital art designs from all ages that celebrate books, reading, libraries, or whatever you’d like to create!
Contest Information
Participants will compete in the following age categories for a chance to see their designs featured at the library.
- Ages 0-5
- Ages 6-11
- Ages 12-18
- Ages 18+
Four winning designs (one from each category) will be made into bookmarks and will be available at the library, while supplies last.
Be creative and have fun! Please use your original creations (no copyrighted cartoon characters). Max three entries per person. All entries become the property of Addison Public Library.
After we receive all submissions, library staff will vote on the bookmark design finalists. Once the finalists are decided, we'll open up voting to the public!
