How to Master the Sound Studio with Udemy

The Sound Studio is the library’s digital media lab! In addition to recording equipment and digital converting equipment, the iMac has a lot of creative software available for a variety of digital media projects. This can be photos, songs, podcasts, videos, and more!  

For first-time users, you can Request an Appointment for one-on-one help to get you started. But for anyone wanting to go beyond the basics, below are a list of recommended Udemy classes.  

Udemy is one of the library’s learning databases that offers technology tutorials. Udemy also includes tutorials in other topics like business, language learning, cybersecurity, and more. Addison Public Library cardholders can access Udemy for free. Some of these courses will provide a certification once completed!  

 

GarageBand 

Want to record a song or podcast? The Sound Studio has a Blue Snowball mic, midi keyboard piano, and GarageBand to meet your audio recording needs! Learn how to record and mix sound with these courses:
