On Tues., Aug. 20, the Board of Trustees approved a not-to-exceed budget of $12.3 million for the upcoming renovation.

The Board of Trustees scheduled a special meeting for July 30, 2024 where the architects will present updated pricing and project plans.

The Board voted unanimously to move forward with the Large Plan option "C".

The Board approved a motion to pay the architects for their time going forward until a decision is made on the scope of the project.

The Board agreed by consensus to postpone voting on any of the proposed plans and scheduled a special meeting for Tues., Mar. 5.

The architects presented options that would accomplish different levels of enhancements without requiring expansion of the building.

At the September 2023 meeting of the Board of Trustees, the Board voted to suspend the previously announced building project.
